We have urgent opening for international bpo telecaller.
Location-Delhi NCR
Salary-25000 to 40000
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts .Provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain pleasant relationship with customers.
- Excellent in achieving targets.
- Excellent English speaking and written ability.
- Following call center - scripts- when handling different topics.Identifying customers- needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions.
ELIGIBILITY12 th pass
Good English
