Telecalling Role - Home Loan (5-10 yrs)
Position : Home Loan Advisor

Join Us and play a key role in advising customers on home loans while leading a team of telecallers. We're looking for someone with a strong background in the home loans industry, ready to step into a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities :
- Advise and assist customers on home loan products and options
- Lead and manage a team of 2-5 telecallers, ensuring their performance meets targets
- Utilize CRM systems effectively to track and manage customer interactions
- Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service
- Oversee day-to-day operations, providing guidance where needed
Qualifications :
- Experience : 5 years in the home loans industry, with hands-on experience in customer advisory roles
- Leadership : Previous experience leading a team, preferably in a telecalling environment
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and customer management processes
