Role Description :
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller at SHOBI Group. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, answering incoming calls, providing product information, scheduling appointments, and maintaining customer records. You will also be required to achieve sales targets, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers.
- Promote and sell products/services.
- Generate leads and maintain customer databases.
- Follow up on customer inquiries.
Requirements :
- Excellent communication skills.
- Minimum [1 or 2] years of experience in telecalling or customer service.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
- Proficiency in relevant languages.
- Basic computer skills.
