Job Title : BPO Telecaller

Job Summary :

We are seeking energetic and reliable professionals to join our team as BPO Telecaller. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about our products and services. Your primary goal will be to generate sales leads or set appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities :

- Make outbound calls to potential customers using a prepared list of contacts.

- Provide information about our products and services.

- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer's requirements.

- Persuade the customer to agree to a follow-up appointment or direct the call to a sales team member.

- Record details of each call in the CRM system.

- Maintain a friendly and professional tone at all times.

- Work closely with the sales team to meet sales objectives and targets.

- Follow scripts and guidelines provided by the company.

- Handle customer questions and objections effectively.

Requirements :

- PUC/Degree or diploma or equivalent.

- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar sales/customer service role in a BPO or call center environment preferred.

- Proficient in relevant computer applications and CRM software.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Fluent in English.
