Telecalling Role - BPO (1-4 yrs)
BPO Telecaller
- Excellent communication in English + Hindi/One Regional Language, any other language capability will be added advantage
- Good convincing skills
- Outspoken & confident
- Understand how to convince in any topic the candidate is knowledgeable in
- Good interpersonal skills
- How good to comprehend situations given during the interview
- Good emotional connect
- Understanding of basic numbers
- Ability to engage in a communication and build a conversation around it
- Need for job/ambition/career orientation
- Should be graduated preferably from B com ( No B tech /B Pharma)
- Candidates with 1 or more years of relevant experience
- Staying near office Location/ having own vehicle to commute to office
- Banking and Financial Sales experience
- Experience in Outbound Tele calling
- Financial Services Tele calling experience
- Relationship Management Field Experience
- Not Inbound/Not Service processes
- Do not force UH for selection
- Candidate should be in formals for interview
- All UH Selections will be revaluated by RSM .
Candidate Responsibilities :
- Candidate need to do outcall and Explain about banking products(Personal Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance plans etc.,)
- Need to reach the monthly targets
- Need to resolve customer Queries
- Maintain good communication skills
- Good Convincing skills
- Working Hours 9Hrs(1 hour Break)
- 6 days Working(Monday to Saturday)
- Salary Details(16000/- CTC to 20500/- CTC) Depends on candidate experience salary will can be negotiable.
- Sunday Week Off
- Pure Day shift Timings 8:45 AM TO 6:30PM
- 2-Way transportation will be provided from(Mehdipatnam, Nizampet, Balanagar, Bandlaguda, Secundrabad) which cover all locations to reach Pocharam.
- Point to point Pick and Drop will available
- Work from Office
