Job Description: We have an urgent opening for a Blended process that involves both Tele-calling and backend.

- The candidate is expected to be proficient in written and verbal communication skills

- Prior Experience on an E-commerce platform is highly preferable.

- Candidate should be Hardworking, self-motivated & quick learner

- Should be able to apply analytical skills.

- Should be able to handle client complaints, Identify customer needs with the quick response time.

- The applicant should possess strong Email handling skills.

- Good knowledge of web applications and their functioning (Internet & Search Engines).

- Knowledge of MS Office/ Excel will be an added advantage.

- Good convincing skills.

- Candidate from BPO, KPO, Sales, Ecommerce industry can apply

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

- Candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred.

- Excellent Communication skills (Written & Spoken)

- Any Graduate / Undergraduate / Result Awaited candidates are eligible

- Should be comfortable working in shifts
