Telecalling Role - Appointment Setter (1-10 yrs)
Job Description :
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Generating leads through Outbound calls & scheduling appointments in companies only
- Contact potential clients via cold calling, email, or social media
- Understanding customer needs and requirements & Identifying sales opportunities.
- Schedule appointments between qualified prospects and the sales team
- Maintaining a record of day-to-day calls and sales activities.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects with customer information.
Desired Candidate Profile Requirements :
- Preferred only Female candidates
- Min 1 year work experience
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good telephone etiquettes
- Impressive multitasking and problem-solving abilities
- Highly motivated individual
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to offer excellent customer service
Job Type : Full-time
Salary : 25,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month
