Purpose: To ensure that the Chorus Call operators can assist with connecting applicants and assessors successfully to the video conference platform and fulfill the role of invigilator. To be aware of the interview protocols and what constitutes to violations of code of conduct leading to termination of the interview.
Responsibilities: Chorus Call Operators, it includes confirming the interview, recording the interview, connection of applicant and assessor, monitoring of the interview to observe violations of code of conduct, maintaining reports.
For US and India process
- Providing Operational support for audio conference calls like provisioning Customers Account and setting up and maintaining new account.
- Providing Assistance to customers on audio conference call like Responding to operator assistance requests
- Moderating event conference calls and conducting question and answer session
- Managing value added services requested by clients
- Responding to Customer Queries.
- Helping the Customer with First level trouble shooting
- Handling Customer Complaints over the Phone and E-mail
- Issue Reservationless pass codes to clients
- Dispatch welcome kits to new customers
- Liaising between the customer and various department like Billing, Sales and Technical
- Assist customer service team with demonstration on request
- Supporting the reservations helpdesk by doing reservations through phone and Email.
- Take ownership and be individually responsible for each customer interaction.
