Telecalling Role (2-3 yrs)
- Contact potential or existing clients.
- Update client information in the database.
- Explaining clients about the projects in detail
- Coordinate with clients through voice calls, emails to explain projects in detail to convince the customers for site visits
- Follow up with the client after a site visit to understand the client's site visit experience.
- Preparation of MIS reports daily, weekly and monthly productivity tracker.
- Maintain call quality by following audit sheet Sales call flow
- Calling on leads generated by different marketing sources and converting them into site meetings.
- Good at Customer follow-up
- Should keep the record of Feedback - mails/phones ( communication channel)
