Telecalling Role (1-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Answering phone calls and explaining the company's products and services. Contacting both existing and potential customers using scripts.
- Collecting customer information and other pertinent data.
- Asking customers questions to understand their specifications.
- Resolving issues and queries related to the products and services.
- Recording all sales calls and deals.
- Processing product orders professionally.
- Regularly updating the customer database.
- Suggesting solutions based on customer needs and requirements.
Requirements :
- Qualification : High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience as a Tele caller, Telemarketer, or in a similar sales role.
- Professional certification in sales and marketing is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills. Keen attention to detail.
- Hardworking and diligent.
