Telecalling Role (1-4 yrs)
Job Description :
We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Telecallers. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers to promote our products/services, answer their queries, and generate sales leads.
Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls (attend inbound calls) to prospective customers using provided scripts.
- Provide information about our products/services, answer questions, and address concerns.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
- Achieve weekly/monthly targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers via phone or email to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling.
Requirements :
- Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu and Hindi.
- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role preferred but not required.
- Ability to learn about our products/services and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
