Telecalling Role (0-3 yrs)
Role Description :
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Caller for one of our reputed clients at Dwarka, Delhi The Tele Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about our services, and scheduling meetings for different teams.
The Tele Caller will also assist in lead generation and maintaining customer databases.
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred
- Ability to build rapport and engage with potential clients
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to work in a team and achieve targets
- Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Knowledge of the business consulting or healthcare industry is a plus
- Working days : 6 days (Monday - Saturday)
Location : Dwarka Link Road, Bijwasan, New Delhi, Delhi
Experience - 6 months to 1 years
Salary : As per the candidate's current salary and experience.
