Telecalling Role (0-1 yrs)
A telecaller's job is to represent a company by making phone calls to existing and potential customers to generate sales or leads.
Their responsibilities include :
- Selling : Selling products or services, and closing deals
- Customer service : Answering customer questions and addressing grievances
- Database management : Maintaining and updating customer information
- Sales data : Recording sales calls and other sales data, such as meetings and appointments
- Goal setting : Meeting daily or weekly call targets set by the organization
- Teamwork : Attending regular team meetings to discuss progress and expectations
