Telecalling Role (0-1 yrs)
Job Summary :
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and generating leads. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services.
- Generate and qualify leads by understanding customer needs and providing relevant information.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
- Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls made and leads generated.
- Handle customer queries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
- Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection.
