Job Title: Executive Call & Trade (Executive-Equity Dealer)
It is a voice profile and the candidate shall be responsible to handle live customer calls related to financial products.
Key responsibilities :
- Handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Client handling, servicing, trade placement and query solving
- Working in predefined Compliance parameters.
- Retention of clients and Cross selling
- Outbound calling for Client Activation & Servicing
- Maintain AHT, call abundant ratio and predefined call quality parameters.
- Completion of assigned task in specified TAT
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills (English)
- Strong customer service and activation & retention skills
- Fresher can apply - those who want to make there carrier in stock market/ Broking/ Capital Market.
- Having Market Knowledge (equity, commodity and Capital market) would add an advantage.
- Understand basic computer skills of using email, Microsoft office
BCom is mandatory
CTC Range: up to 3.2 LPA
