Telecalling/Customer Service Role - NGO (0-10 yrs)
- The Tele Caller is responsible for providing customer service and support to the non-profit organization's clients. This role will involve contacting clients and potential donors by telephone, as well as providing general administrative support.
Responsibilities :
1. Contact potential donors and other members of the public through cold-calling
2. Provide general customer service and administrative support
3. Enter and update client information in databases
4. Ensure all customer inquiries, requests, and complaints are handled in a timely manner
5. Track fundraising progress and provide regular updates to management
6. Provide general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, printing, etc.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 1 year experience in tele calling/fundraising/customer service
- Excellent verbal communication skills with fluency in English or Hindi language
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) (Optional)
- Ability to multi task with strong organizational skills
- Professional telephone etiquette
- Previous experience working in a non-profit organization preferred
