- We are looking for an experienced and passionate Telecaller with excellent communication skills to join our Sales and Client Servicing team.
Hiring for one of our key client
Industry Type: Insurance and Technology
- Handle all On boarded Partners, Associates/Partners
- Sample closures for customers to handhold Leads Closures.
- Provide after sales support to the vendors/Partners/distributors/corporate clients.
- Quick Training for new Associates or refresh course to existing one
- Outbound call and Inbound call (Service Call)
- Calling all customers who have visited and not reverted back.
- Other duties as advised by the leadership team.
- Business Targets will be involved.
Requirements, Desired Skills and Experience :
- Bachelors in any stream.
- Good Writing Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Good Knowledge of Computer
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of other accounting softwares will be a plus
Functional Area : Tele calling, Backoffice, Marketing, Sales.
