The Job
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
- Escalating customer feedback as required.
Ideal Candidate
- 0-1 year experience ideally in Telesales or Customer Service.
- Experience within Consumer would be a strong advantage.
- Good interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- Good networker & relationship builder
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
