Responsibilities :
Familiarizing yourself with all the product and services offered by our company
- Familiarizing you with all the Industry segmentation we cater
- To attend all the incoming call of enquiries
- To do outbound call on all the enquiries came in from different sources to understand their requirements
- To filter all the interested enquiries as per market segmentation, product and services required and transfer the same to respective heads
- To maintain all the database
Requirements :
- Have an experience in tele calling software
- At least 2 year experience in B2B inbound calling
- Preference to 1-2 yr Exp of Tele sales
- Can work on software
- Preference to Girl candidate
