Our client is seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our real estate team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing them to our real estate services, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and achieving sales targets.
The Job
Key responsibilities :
- Contact potential clients through telephone calls to introduce our real estate services.
- Explain the benefits of our properties and services to potential clients.
- Answer questions about properties and provide additional information as requested.
- Maintain a database of potential leads and follow up on them regularly.
- Schedule appointments for clients to meet with our sales team.
- Keep accurate records of all interactions with clients in our CRM system.
- Meet weekly and monthly targets for calls made, appointments scheduled, and conversions.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors' offerings to effectively communicate our unique selling points.
Ideal Candidate :
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative or Telesales role, ideally within the Real Estate industry.
- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
