Telecaller/Telesales Role - Laminates/Plywood (0-2 yrs)
Responsibilities:
As a Telesales, the primary responsibility will be to call, connect, and identify potential retailers, wholesalers & distributors of plywood PAN INDIA via phone calls, brief them about our manufacturing, pitch the sales, and take orders on the phone calls. Reply to the queries in the best interest of the company.
You will play a pivotal role in building relationships with customers and assessing their needs to buy and maintain the relationship for further relationships.
In Details:
- The company will provide Data Base. Need to call about 40 - 50 customers per day.
- You need to call from your mobile number and send WhatsApp to interested customers.
- You need to update the Excel sheet about your daily call records.
- Need to report to your team leader about your daily update.
- You need to regularly post on Facebook and Instagram about our product to engage with more customers and get more leads.
