The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Contact potential or existing customers, To promote services
- Answer questions about products
- Update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders
- Make cold calls to customer
- Keep records of inbound and outbound calls
- Ability to maintain a positive working relationship with the client
- Generate lead prospects over the phone
- Maintain complete database reports
- Interacting with clients on a daily Should have excellent communication skill requirements
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required:
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Inside Sales, Telesales or Sales (B2C) role, ideally within the Electricity/ Water industry.
- Experience within Sales Training would be a strong advantage.
- Experience covering Consumer is strong plus.
- You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering India.
- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
