The Job :
Key Responsibilities :
Cold Calling : Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads or databases.
Product/Service Presentation : Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products or services to potential customers.
Lead Generation : Identify and qualify sales leads to ensure a high conversion rate.
Sales Closure : Close sales deals by persuading prospects to make a purchase or commit to a desired action.
Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Achieve Sales Targets : Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
Record Keeping : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, including sales calls, follow-ups, and outcomes.
Feedback and Reporting : Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
Ideal Candidate :
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Telesales role, ideally within the Education industry.
- You have working knowledge of Requirements: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred but not required.
Experience : 0-2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Previous experience in a call centre or sales environment is a plus.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate product/service features and benefits persuasively.
Persistence and Resilience :
- Ability to handle rejection and objections positively and persistently pursue sales opportunities.
- Goal-Oriented: Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Computer Proficiency :
