Telecaller/Telesales Role (1-2 yrs)
Job Summary :
The Tele Caller for Sales will be responsible for generating sales leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, and closing sales deals over the phone. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to handle rejection gracefully.
Key Responsibilities :
1- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell company's products/services.
2- Explain product features and benefits clearly and persuasively.
3- Answer questions and provide detailed information about products/services.
4- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products/services. Build and maintain a customer database.
5- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
6- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
7- Handle customer objections effectively and professionally.
8- Collaborate with the sales team to refine sales strategies.
