Telecaller/Telesales/Inside Sales Role - IT (0-1 yrs)
Responsible for making outbound calls and handling inbound sales enquiries. Generating leads and fixing up the appointments.
- Describe products and services verbally and clearly to customers.
- Respond to customer questions with clearly articulated solution and benefits
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Data entry and maintenance of customer/potential customer databases.
- Maintain records of telephonic interactions and orders.
- Send proposals and follow up.
- Follow up on initial contacts.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Very good knowledge of MS office, Internet and Emailing skills.
- Ability to learn new software.
- Systematic and focused.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work well in teams and excellent interpersonal skill.
- Ability to work with accountability and responsibility.
Qualification :
- BE, B.Sc. Computer science, Diploma in Computer applications
- MS office
