Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our software company. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our software solutions, and generating interest in our products. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to articulate the benefits of our software offerings.
Responsibilities :
Outbound Calls : Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our software solutions.
Product Knowledge : Acquire a comprehensive understanding of our software products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits.
Lead Generation : Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and communication.
Appointment Setting : Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
Follow-up : Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and maintain communication throughout the sales process.
Database Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, interactions, and lead status in the CRM system.
Achievement of Targets :
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
Requirements :
Communication Skills :
Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and articulate phone manner.
Product Knowledge : Ability to understand and convey technical information about software products.
Sales Acumen: Proven experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or a similar role.
Goal-Oriented : Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Team Player : Ability to collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to maximize lead conversion.
Adaptability : Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and technologies.
Qualifications : High school diploma; additional certification in sales or marketing is a plus. Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role, preferably in the software industry.
