We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably within the healthcare industry and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will be responsible for generating leads, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with internal teams, including medical professionals and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.

- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management:

- Make daily outbound calls to potential leads, engage with the clients and convert to active service users and to seek collaboration opportunities.

- Respond & follow up to customer inquiries whether they arrive by email or phone.

- Documenting all information of new and existing clients in the CRM system.

- Provide customers with information regarding company's services.

- Process applications, forms and orders.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support in achieving sales objectives.

- Identify and escalate priority issues, as per escalation protocol.

- Route calls appropriately

- Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor.-

- Perform additional duties as per direction of call center supervisor.

Requirements :

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred).

- Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably within the healthcare industry.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.

- Highly motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

- English And Hindi fluency.
