Job Summary :
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telecaller to join our real estate company. The Telecaller will be responsible for generating leads and sales by engaging with potential clients over the phone.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a strong passion for real estate. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple calls efficiently and provide exceptional customer service.-
Key Responsibilities :
1. Lead Generation :
- Contact potential clients from a provided database to generate leads and set up appointments.
- Identify and understand the needs of potential clients and provide information on available properties that meet their requirements.
- Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels to ensure a continuous pipeline of potential clients.
2. Sales Conversion :
- Persuade potential clients to visit the properties and discuss their real estate needs.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of the properties being offered, including features, pricing, and availability.
- Assist in converting leads to sales by coordinating with the sales team and providing necessary client information.
3. Customer Relationship Management :
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Handle client inquiries, provide property details, and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
- Record all interactions and update client information in the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
4. Communication and Follow-Up :
- Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to reach potential clients and follow up on previous communications.
- Send follow-up emails and messages to keep clients informed about new properties and promotions.
- Schedule appointments for clients to visit properties and ensure reminders are sent
