Raheja Arcade is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team in the vibrant area of CBD Belapur. Key Responsibilities :

1. Initiating Sales with Potential Customers Over the Phone :

As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to initiate sales with potential customers through phone calls. You will be expected to make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing them to our product offerings and highlighting the benefits of our services. Your goal will be to create interest and convert these interactions into successful sales.

2. Asking Inquiries to Interact with Customers and Keep the Speech Communication Going :

To ensure productive conversations with potential customers, you will need to ask pertinent questions that engage them and keep the dialogue flowing. This involves understanding their specific needs, preferences, and pain points. By asking the right questions, you will be able to gather valuable information that can help you present our products as the ideal solution.

3. Listening to the Customers' Needs to Generate Repeat Sales :

Effective sales are built on understanding and addressing customer needs. You will need to actively listen to what customers are saying, identify their requirements, and provide solutions that meet those needs. By demonstrating genuine interest and offering personalized recommendations, you will build trust and encourage repeat business.

4. Gathering and Documenting Client Information, Payment Methods, Purchases, and Reactions to Products :

Accurate and thorough documentation is essential for maintaining customer records and ensuring smooth transactions. You will be responsible for collecting and recording detailed information about clients, including their contact details, payment methods, purchase history, and feedback on our products. This information will be used to improve our services and tailor future interactions.
