Job Summary :
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, providing information about our products and services, and generating sales leads. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and persuasive demeanor, and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services.
- Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities and generate leads for the sales team.
- Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve company goals.
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any discipline is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or in a similar customer service role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other computer applications.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, etc.
- Familiarity with the products and services offered by [insert company name].
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
