Telecaller Role (0-10 yrs)
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services, gather feedback, and provide customer support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant demeanor, and the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
- Outbound Calling : Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products or services, promotions, and offers.
- Customer Support : Address customer inquiries, provide information about products/services, resolve issues, and handle complaints in a professional manner.
- Data Management : Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls made, customer interactions, and sales leads in the CRM system.
- Follow-up : Schedule follow-up calls to customers as necessary to close sales or gather additional information.
