Telecaller - Real Estate (3-6 yrs)
Tele Caller
Key Accountabilities/Activities :
1. Make calls on the existing database as received from Channel Partners, Direct data.
2. Maintain a count of calls as instructed by the immediate reporting manager.
3. Sensitize the potential clients on the latest/upcoming projects.
4. Ensure to follow the assigned script for all the client interactions.
5. Answer all the client questions about the projects and the company.
6. Ask questions to understand customer requirements at best.
7. Handle first level grievances to maintain the company's goodwill.
8. Collect references from the clients to enhance the existing database.
9. Make a valid estimate of the status of the client (hot, warm, cold) and apprise the sales team accordingly.
10. Direct the prospects to the sales team.
11. Maintain consistent follow up with clients and fix Inbound and Outbound meetings.
12. Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
Data Documentation :
1. Enter and update client information in the lead management system.
2. Ensure consistent data update and backup is maintained.
3. Keep records of calls and sales and note all the pertinent information.
4. Maintain operations and data management by following the latest policies and procedures.
Internal Liaison and value addition :
1. Consistently share value added information with the sales team basis the calls being made, for e.g., observed customer behaviors pattern.
2. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
