Telecaller - Real Estate (1-5 yrs)
Job Role : Cold Caller/Tele Caller for North American Real Estate industry
Shift timings : Eastern Time Zone (GMT - 5)
Introduction :
- We are a growing company looking to add a high-energy individual to our team. We shall provide training, scripts, phone numbers, and all online tools. The ideal candidate has experience on the phone and experience in calling in the real estate field.
Responsibilities :
- Outbound cold calling to prospects using the dialer and scripts we provide.
- Choosing dispositions for the prospects/contacts according within cold call platform.
- Handling objections properly.
- Scheduling follow up calls for either yourself or another team member.
- Regular meetings before shift.
- Utilization of a time tracking app.
- Updating results at end of shift.
Qualifications :
- Speaks & writes English with proper grammar
- Cold calling experience preferred
- Basic computer knowledge
- Real estate knowledge/experience preferred
- Ability to learn & adapt quickly to company changes
- Persistent, consistent, hard-working, no call reluctance
- Coachable/Trainable/Quick Learner
- Shows up on time to every meeting and shift
