Telecaller - Nutraceuticals/Supplements Business (0-9 yrs)
Job description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for filtering the leads over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
An effective Telecaller must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
Industry type - Nutraceuticals/Supplements
- Inform customers about company's products and offers
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner
- Identify customers- needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible.
- Identifying sales opportunities
- Communicating courteously with customers over the phone, email, etc.
- The Customer Support Executive shall be responsible to handle the leads
- Keep a followup on the leads
Skills Needed :
- Spoken Language - English, Hindi, local dialect(any state) will be a plus point
- Common sense
- Confidence
- Ability to speak over the phone for long hours
