Telecaller - NGO (1-5 yrs)
- Minimum 60/70 calls in a day (depends according to the handling time and connectivity of the calls)
- Campaign/ Fundraisers creations (Target Based)
- Assistance in raising the funds for such created campaigns (Target Based)
- Daily activities (Meetings & Discussions)
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Understanding customers' needs and helping accordingly.
- Answering potential customers' questions and sharing additional information.
- Closing and achieving targets.
