Our Client has a presence in the wholesale, semi-wholesale, retail, and actual user segments. They cater to companies from various sectors like the automobile sector, white goods sector, packaging industry, infrastructure & construction industry, lighting industry, electrode manufacturers, PEB manufacturers, etc

The Job : 

Your responsibilities will include :

- Understanding & Solving customer queries via telephone

- Resolving the query within the given TAT

- Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.

- Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.

- Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.

- Escalating customer feedback as required.

Ideal Candidate : 

- You have at least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service, Telesales, or Inside Sales role, ideally within the Manufacturing, Metals & Steel, and Retail industries.

- You must possess a bachelor's degree.

- You must have skills in tele-calling and query-solving

- You must be willing to learn new things

- You possess solid expertise in Enterprise Sales.

- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You are a strong networker & relationship builder

- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments

- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
