Position Overview :

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Tele Caller to join our dynamic team at Chheda International. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in lead generation, social media management, sales coordination, and team support to drive the organization's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead Generation

- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities through various channels, including online research, networking events, industry conferences, and referrals.

- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to attract and engage potential clients.

2. Social Media Management

- Respond promptly and professionally to all inquiries on social media platforms.

- Maintain an active and engaging presence on social media to generate interest and leads.

3. Sales Coordination

- Arrange and schedule meetings for the sales team and directors with prospective clients.

- Utilize CRM systems to manage and track meeting schedules and outcomes.

4. WhatsApp Chatbot Management

- Oversee the implementation and management of the WhatsApp chatbot to ensure efficient customer interaction and lead generation.

- Monitor chatbot performance and provide necessary updates to improve user experience.

5. Sales Team Management

- Manage and oversee the sales team to ensure they meet their targets and objectives.

- Provide guidance, support, and training to the sales team as needed.

6. Travel and Route Planning

- Plan and optimize travel routes for the sales team to maximize efficiency and reduce travel time.

7. Reporting and Data Management

- Directly report to the Director of Sales, providing regular updates on lead generation, sales activities, and team performance.

- Ensure daily forms are filled out accurately, backed with data, and submitted in a timely manner.

- Analyze sales data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Proven experience in telecalling, sales, or a related field.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Proficient in using CRM tools, social media platforms, and basic office software.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
