- Role: Tele Caller Executive

- Location: Marathahalli, Bangalore / Koregaon Park Road, Pune, Ernakulam - Maarket Road and Kalamaserry

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year experience in relevant field is preferred.

- Freshers may also apply.

- Education: Graduation in any subject

- English: Should be fluent in English

- Regional Language: Should be fluent in English and any regional language - Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, Telegu, Malayalam

- Communication: Excellent verbal communication; a good listener; willing to serve customer.

Job Responsibilities :

- Answering calls and resolving queries about products

- Lead conversion - pre-approved loan products

- Collection of lead data from existing or potential customers on Products other than pre-approved loans.

- Conveying verbal acknowledgments of offers to Sales group for closing the leads.

- Keep up quality service by adhering to organizational guidelines.

- Reaching potential or existing clients to advise them about product description and offers and campaigns utilizing pre-defined scripts.

- Obtaining customer feed-back and handling queries & complaints, if any

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: - 15,400.00 - 18,000.00 per month
