Roles & Responsibilities :

- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.

- Understand customer needs and requirements.

- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.

- Close sales and achieve monthly quotas.

- Research accounts, identify decision makers and generate interest.

- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.

- Generate 2 meetings daily and assign sales executive for meetings.

- Maintain call and data entry accuracy levels between levels of 95% or better.

- Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way.

- Providing consistent, concise, accurate and timely weekly/monthly sales lead gen activity reports to management.

- Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing, and following up on leads and appointment setting for external sales team.

Qualities Required :


- Self-motivated and organized individual.

- Creative, Self-confident, Enthusiastic, and polite.

- Language preferred- English

- Only Female Candidates

Education and Experience

- 12th Grade Pass or Fresh Graduate Or 1-year experience in Tele sales/ Telemarketing/Direct Sales / Customer Engagement process.
