- Handling customer calls both inbound and outbound
- Cold calling customers and pitching sales
- Good communication skills
- Should know English, Kannada (Mandatory) & Hindi
- Handling customer query via calls
- Achieving monthly given targets
- Day shift only with rotational weekly offs (no weekend off)
