- Night Shift ( No pick and drop facility)

Budget : Upto 50K (No Bar for Excellent Candidates)

Skills required :

- Reasonably good Analytical skills

- Very good Net surfing skills, Good keyboarding skills & written English, Fluent in spoken English for UK and USA English (This is a must for either one of these)

- Typing speed (20-25 wpm).

- Chemistry knowledge will be extra beneficial. Should be able to work from the office as well as home on any shift including the night shift (this requirement is a must). No cab allowance shall be paid, expected to arrange own transport. 

- Expected to follow company policies and other Covid-related disciplines announced from time to time.

- The telecallers will have to report to the client's Overseas handler and are also required to perform emailing services in addition to Tele-calling.

Job Description :

1. Calling active and new clients for business generation.

2. Directing prospects to the sales team when needed.

3. Enter and update customer information in the database.

4. Keep records of calls and sales information and make notes of each conversation.

5. Fix the meetings with interested clients.

6. Call on data provided and generate fresh data and leads.

7. Addressing clients uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.

8. Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.

Education : Any graduate (Science Graduates will be preferred)
