The Job
Your responsibilities will include:
Answering Healthcare Inquiries : Handle incoming calls from patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals seeking information and assistance.
Medical Information : Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding healthcare services, medical conditions, treatment options, and facility locations.
Appointment Scheduling : Assist patients in scheduling medical appointments, consultations, and follow-up visits.
Insurance Verification : Verify patient insurance information, eligibility, and coverage for medical services.
Patient Support: Offer emotional support and guidance to patients and caregivers, especially during stressful or sensitive situations.
Medical Records Access : Facilitate access to medical records, test results, and documentation as needed, while ensuring patient privacy and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Complaint Resolution : Address patient complaints, concerns, and feedback professionally and effectively, escalating issues as necessary.
Follow-Up : Conduct follow-up calls with patients to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback on their healthcare experience.
Electronic Health Record (EHR) Usage : Utilize electronic health record systems to access patient information and update records as required.
Ideal Candidate :
- You have at least 1 year experience ideally as a Telecaller.
- You possess excellent negotiating skills with a strong ability to influence people of all levels.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
