The Job
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Making cold calls to customers.
- Handling both outbound and inbound calls.
- Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of items.
- Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
- To find fresh sales opportunities through inbound calls and outbound cold calls.
- To record the reaction of the customer to the products or services including their details.
- To retain the customer in case of dissatisfaction with the products or services.
- To deliver the scripted sales pitch to the customer and to adjust the same as per the specific individuals.
- To take the orders of the product over the telephone accurately.
- To maintain the database by entering, verifying, and backing up data in the computer system.
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required :
- Client Relationship.
- Effective communication skills.
- The ability to persuade and convince the customer.
- MS Excel.
- Pay attention to details.
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
