About Job:
Age: Final Year student or anyone of 18yrs old
Timing: 9am to 6pm ( Mon- Fri) with Saturday & Sunday off
Compensation & Benefits:
12 PL and 3SL - all paid. Will become eligible for bonus based on performance from 2nd month onwards.
Job Responsibility of Client Success Trainee
- Prospecting jobseekers & job providers (companies) over cold calls via phone or chats visits.
- Rapport building, objection handling, and relationship management of Clients
- Lead generation & revenue generation
- Apply sales techniques learnt during the training
- Maintain daily log record and leads conversion record
- Reporting to the officer in charge
Qualifications & Skills :
- Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities.
- Highly active on Social media/ networking skills
- Excellent communication & convincing skills
- Languages preferred: English/Gujarati/ Hindi
