Telecaller/Call Center Executive (1-3 yrs)
Role:
1. The candidate will be a part of the company's sales team
2. Tele sales executives will have to meet the set targets and strategies by their team supervisor
3. The candidate will be tasked with acquiring customers
4. Keep records of calls, sales and useful information.
5. Working knowledge of MS Office
6. Go the - extra mile- to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Competencies and Skills Required:
A call center executive is required to interact with customers for most part of his/her day and so good communication skills are a must. He/she must be able to plan the number of fresh/follow-up calls he/she has to do in order to meet targets.
