Telecaller - BPO (1-2 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement Sales Plans to target, penetrate, qualify, define, propose, close and contract new business revenue for the company.
- Involved in the complete business cycle of marketing, required to handle opportunity sourcing to negotiating and deal closing.
- Continually develop new business within various regions and industries and build collaboration models, Support the pre-sales activities - Quote prices, prepare proposals.
- Drive the sales effort / annual business plan and execute campaigns in collaboration with the inside sales team, presales team and solutions delivery team
- Pipeline Management, sale discipline and front ending of business development activities
- Key performance metrics will include revenue achievement relative to goals and contribution margin
- Generate key ideas and conceptual frameworks and provide the feedback to build team as part of a sales bid or thought leadership.
Requirement :
- Ability and desire to learn new applications /processes /environment.
- Should have knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
Skills Required :
- Good Communication skills
- Should Have Strategies For New and existing clients to generate new Business Revenue Over The Call..
- Should have great interpersonal skills
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few Concrete variable in standardized situation.
Salary:
21-27k Plus Incentives,
