Roles & Responsibilities :
- Obtains client information by answering telephone calls, verifying information, interacting with clients.
- Informs clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, providing information.
- Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
- It is a 5 day week, UK shift (between 2:30pm-12)
