Looking for female candidates
- Willing to work from home
- Will be doing telecall on daily basis.
- They will be engaged in outbound tele-calling from the comforts of their home.
- Some of our clients want to do a proactive calling to their existing customer to do a dip stick in terms of their satisfaction level in using their services and where do the customers think our clients can improve (in their services). The candidates will be given a script and will also be trained on how to handle the customer queries during the course of the conversation.
- The ideal person should be of a background where she/he is comfortable in talking to customers on the phone in English language.
- Some of the top clients we are working for are Swiggy, Grow Fit etc. and these candidates will be making a call on behalf of these clients. However we will be able to decide which candidates makes a call for which of our client basis our interview with them.
- The DB will be provided by us for them to call from home.
- Expected salary to begin with will be in range of 12k to 15k with incentives.
