Telecaller - BFS (0-3 yrs)
You will be responsible to-
1. Answer calls professionally
2. Respond to customer inquiries
3. Research required information using available resources
4. Handle and resolve customer complaints
5. Enter customer information
6. Identify and escalate priority issues
7. Route calls to appropriate resource
8. Follow up customer calls where necessary
9. Complete call logs and produce call reports
10. Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
11. Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
12. Stay current with system information, changes and updates
