Telecaller/Assistant Relationship Officer - BFS (0-4 yrs)
Tele Caller, Assistant Relationship Officer
- Ensuring delivery of the targets set by ensuring high target orientation.
- Constant tracking, monitoring, review & corrective action taken to ensure that the targets are achieved
- Liaison with the client team to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Mentor telecalling team/ Client team to maximize the calls per day, lead generation & conversion.
- Driving metrics around individual performance, attrition, quality, talk time.
- Person from the telesales background in personal loan industry will be preferred.
- Understanding of the business situation and capability to address issues.
